David leaves no rock unturned when it comes to fishing. The care given to his favorite hobby is likened to that of a skilled surgeon while operating on his patient, absolute focus and attention to detail. Indeed, David is completely aware that if the lead remains in contact with the line long enough the possibility of line failure is that much greater, hence the introduction of a small piece of tube (flex line tube used in plumbing). This simple tube allows the line to run freely and effortlessly and eliminates sand build up as is often the case when using egg sinkers.
This simple tube has been given the name 'DC Tube sinker' and is currently been used exclusively by David for over four years.
